The administrating users can be added on the following pages:

User role	How to access	Direct link
Moderator	Settings >> Administrative roles >> Moderators	click here
Agents	Settings >> Administrative roles >> Add/remove agents	click here
Resource admin	Settings >> Administrative roles >> Resource admin >> Choose resource from the drop-down	click here

In all these cases, you’re asked to enter the email address of the administrating user. If they don’t yet have a planyo account, one will be created for them (you’ll need to set their login and password). Otherwise the existing planyo account will be assigned the new administrative role.
